Siena (Italy), December 2-4, 2025

The Congress provides an opportunity for multidisciplinary updates and discussion on the most relevant topics in female infertility and related gynecological disorders. Organized into thematic sessions and pre-congress courses, the educational event explores the latest scientific and technological advances in ultrasound, surgery, and therapeutics, with a particular focus on personalized care and reproductive medicine.

The event opens with two pre-congress courses: one dedicated to ultrasound imaging in the diagnostic workup of female infertility and one on surgical anatomy, addressing the diagnostic and therapeutic complexities through anatomical dissection, advanced techniques, and live scans.

The conference sessions are divided into four main themes:

  1. Pregnancy and Uterine Pathology: The relationship between the uterus and fertility is explored, highlighting the role of the myometrium, endometrium, and uterine contractility.
  2. Fibroids and Uterine Malformations: Clinical and surgical issues in the management of fibroids and uterine anomalies are addressed, including diagnostic imaging.
  3. Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and Infertility: Scientific evidence and therapeutic strategies for managing these often overlapping conditions are analyzed, with an approach geared toward the desire for pregnancy.
  4. Personalized Reproductive Medicine: New frontiers are examined, such as the role of the endometrium, the microbiome, emerging technologies (AI), and fertility-sparing strategies.

The conference brings together national and international experts to offer an integrated vision.
