Welcome to Terni to the 1st Conference on Endometriosis, a long-hidden disease that afflicts millions of women worldwide, causing pain, infertility, and a significant impact on their personal lives.

The meeting we propose aims to shine a spotlight and provide new knowledge on the so-called “invisible disease”; a ray of sunshine that can help reveal it earlier and shorten the long time it takes to diagnose it; hence the yellow color of the light and the sunflower, now symbols of this disease. The next objectives of this day are to understand the most appropriate treatments and foster collaboration between expert healthcare professionals and patients.

The day will be enriched by a testimonial session featuring the stories and challenges of women affected by endometriosis and representatives of the association “La voce di una, la voce di tutte,” which has been present in the city of Terni for a year and is already an active support network with the “Punto Giallo” (Yellow Point) and the various activities involving different associations.
